wow, I haven't been on my xxxanga in like 3 forevers!  I was thinking of what to buy ninh-ja turtle for her 23rd birthday, and Jeff said that she made it easy for us by posting a wishlist on her xanga.  haha, thanks ninh!

2 summa skool midterms on thursday + 1 court hearing on friday + a whole weekend of moving = a TOUGH WEEK.

now for the good news:  my cousin's wedding is on saturday, i get my own bathroom AND my own balcony in the new house!,  finally got to go to the cheesecake factory in sac

he moved to the city to go to college, and FATE made them neighbors.  Going to different schools, she was studying managerial economics and business, while he was studying engineering.  Coming home from school one day, he first caught sight of her, who was giggling girlishly at something her friend said.  Too shy to introduce himself, he merely peered outside the window in HOPE that he would see her again from time to time.  Then LUCK stepped into the picture and they were formally introduced through a mutual friend at a party.  They became friends.  And finally, as in super old school traditional Filipino custom, he walked nervously up the steps of her home and asked her parents if he could court her.  Her parents approved.  In months time, they were teenagers in LOVE, enjoying everything that comes with being in a relationship.  Suddenly, he had to move to the U.S., leaving the future of their relationship uncertain and their FAITH in each other was tested.  sure enough, his daily calls became twice week calls, then once a month calls.  She compelled herself to forget about him.  He dated other girls,  still knowing that the one he left was special.  On a visit back to his homeland, he found out that she had moved because her father’s business was growing.  He sought after her.  Their paths crossed again and they were no longer foolish teenagers in love, but rational adults with separate futures.  Flying back to the U.S. with a heavy heart, he realized he wanted to marry her.  Skipping some details, they were eventually married.  HE was her first and last boyfriend and SHE was the only one he really loved.
